It's A Great Day to Be Alive!

I can't say anything extraordinary has happened today. In fact, it has been a very normal Monday. However, I am having a great day. I don't know if you have ever had, or are having, one of these days but they feel great. It's like the Country song by Travis Tritt:

I got rice cooking in the microwave
Got a three day beard I don't plan to shave
And it's a goofy thing but I just gotta say
Hey I'm doing alright

Yeah I think I'll make me some homemade soup
Feelin pretty good and that's the truth
It's neither drink nor drug induced
No I'm just doin alright

And it's a great day to be alive
I know the sun's still shinin when I close my eyes
There's some hard times in the neigborhood
But why can't every day be just this good?

An Encouraging Word

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Galations 6:9

This simple small verse sure says a lot in a world full of interesting financial times, a crazy not quite volatile presidential campaign, etc. Sometimes the positive events created by your actions today may not be seen for awhile, but, as the verse says, your harvest is coming, even if that harvest isn't what you thought you planted.

Classical Music

Classical music is relaxing to listen too and I, while loving my country, also love to turn the classical on now and then. My favorite, at least now, is, as far as I know, Mozart's only Clarinet Quintet. I hope you enjoy it too!

Central Bank Good or Not?
