Down Stock A Good Thing?

The down economy and down stock market is considered by many to be a bad thing and to many people, particularly those over 45, and especially those over 50, it is a terrible thing because their is very little time for 401K's and other retirement plans to rebound. It is also very unlikely to rebound very soon or very quickly when the rebound starts. Despite this bad news there are many people who can benefit from this current down period. I realize nothing I am saying is new but it is something that is worth reminding many times over. If you are starting investments or even under 40 it is definitely worth investing more while prices are low. As always aggressiveness still needs to be relative to age but it is nevertheless a wonderful opportunity to invest in your future. As Dave Ramsey would say:

"Live like no one else, so that later on you can live like no one else."
